Safe first steps

1. Unplug the dishwasher from the power source.
2. Check the connections of the internal temperature sensor for any loose or damaged wires.
3. Reconnect any loose wires securely and ensure the sensor is properly seated.
4. Plug the dishwasher back in and run a short cycle to check if the error persists.
5. If the error continues, the temperature sensor may need to be replaced — arrange a service visit.

When to stop

• Stop if you see any signs of burning or smell burnt plastic near the sensor — risk of fire.
