Safe first steps

1. Remove the filter from the dishwasher.
2. Clean the filter under running water to remove food residues and limescale.
3. Reinstall the filter back into the dishwasher.
4. Run a descaling cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. If the filter is damaged or the issue persists after cleaning, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.
