Safe first steps

1. Check that the water inlet hose is securely connected to the washing machine and the water supply.
2. Inspect the water inlet hose for any kinks or bends that may restrict water flow.
3. Ensure that the water tap is fully open to allow water to flow into the machine.
4. If the water inlet hose is damaged or the error persists after checking the connections, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.

When to stop

• Stop if you see water leaking from the connections — risk of flooding.
