Safe first steps

1. Turn off the induction hob using the main power switch.
2. Wait for 30 seconds before turning the induction hob back on.
3. If the error persists, check the fuses in the fuse box and replace them if necessary.
4. If the hob still does not function, unplug it and wait for 20 seconds before plugging it back in.
5. If the error code E24 appears again, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.

When to stop

• Stop if the induction hob shows signs of overheating or unusual behavior — risk of fire.
