Safe first steps

1. Turn off the induction hob and wait for 30 seconds before turning it back on.
2. Check if there is any object covering the touch control panel and remove it.
3. Ensure that the pot you are using is compatible with the induction hob.
4. Make sure the pot is centered correctly on the hob zone and that its bottom surface is wide enough.
5. If the error persists after these checks, arrange a service visit — do not use the hob.

When to stop

• Stop if the fan continues to run excessively or if you hear unusual noises — risk of component damage.
