Safe first steps

1. Check the water supply tap to ensure it is fully open.
2. Inspect the water inlet hose for kinks or blockages.
3. Ensure the water pressure is adequate; it should be between 0.5 and 8 bar.
4. If the water supply issues persist, check for any clogs in the water inlet filter.
5. If the error remains after these checks, arrange a service visit — do not use the appliance.

When to stop

• Stop if you notice low water pressure or hear unusual noises from the appliance — risk of component damage.
