This page is the public basis for the digital-service, one-off diagnosis, annual pass, and refund rules that must be finalized before paid plans go live.

For the Czech consumer launch, the Czech version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
Plan and access rules
- FixLens sells a digital service with separate plans for a one-off diagnosis, an annual household pass, and a sales-led Business setup.
- The first diagnosis stays free. An account is only required later for saved history, follow-up chat, and paid access.
- Business access is activated only after a sales conversation and is not available through a public self-serve checkout.
Consumer withdrawal rights
I request the digital service to start immediately after checkout and acknowledge that this may affect my withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds
- FixLens does not normally provide refunds for digital access that has already been activated, except for duplicate charges, technical non-delivery, or where required by law.
- Each refund request is assessed individually based on the specific circumstances and the applicable legal rules.
