For the Czech consumer launch, the Czech version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
Core rule
FixLens provides informational guidance based on publicly available documentation and is not a substitute for a qualified technician. Before acting on any step, verify it against your appliance's official manual. Disconnect power and water before any physical intervention. If you are unsure, stop and contact an authorized service.
When to stop immediately
- Smoke, burning smell, sparking, or a breaker that keeps tripping.
- A water leak that cannot be stopped or safely isolated quickly.
- Exposed wiring, visibly damaged connectors, or signs of overheating.
- Gas smell, overheating, material deformation, or any fire risk.
- Any moment when you are unsure whether the next step is safe.
What to do before any intervention
- Disconnect the appliance from power and shut off the water supply where relevant.
- Verify the exact procedure in the official manual for that model. If the manual and FixLens differ, the official manual prevails.
- If a step requires opening covers, electrical work, or pressure-system handling, treat it as a service task.
What FixLens does and does not do
- FixLens provides informational diagnostic guidance, not physical repair service or a certified technical inspection.
- Brand names and models are used only to identify the appliance. FixLens is not the manufacturer or an authorized brand representative.
- FixLens does not host or redistribute manufacturer service manuals. Results are produced from the FixLens technical database and verification against official documentation.
When to call service or emergency help
- Contact authorized service when the error keeps returning, the appliance must be opened, or FixLens states that service is required.
- If there is a fire risk, gas leak, or electric-shock danger, follow local emergency procedures and call emergency responders.
