Terms for using the FixLens service

These terms govern access to the FixLens web application, the diagnosis features, saved history, and future paid plans.

For the Czech consumer launch, the Czech version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

What the service provides

  • FixLens provides informational diagnostic support, not a physical repair intervention.
  • FixLens does not replace inspection by a qualified technician where there is a safety risk or a risk of property damage.
  • FixLens may refuse to answer if no safe, source-backed explanation is available.

Account and access

  • Where the product allows it, users may obtain the first diagnosis result without creating an account.
  • History, saved appliances, and future paid features require registration and a valid account session.
  • Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials and connected email inbox.

Plans, billing, and payments

  • FixLens sells a digital service with separate plans for a one-off diagnosis, an annual household pass, and a sales-led Business setup.
  • The first diagnosis stays free. An account is only required later for saved history, follow-up chat, and paid access.
  • Business access is activated only after a sales conversation and is not available through a public self-serve checkout.
  • Payment provider: RevenueCat
  • VAT note: Displayed prices include VAT.
  • The final order button will read: Order with obligation to pay

Refunds and withdrawal

  • FixLens does not normally provide refunds for digital access that has already been activated, except for duplicate charges, technical non-delivery, or where required by law.
  • Each refund request is assessed individually based on the specific circumstances and the applicable legal rules.

Acceptable use

  • Users may not abuse the service, disrupt its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to stored technical data, accounts, or APIs.
  • Users may not upload malicious files or content intended to attack the system.
